Project Structure

Cornell Business Analytics projects typically run for a single academic semester (8-10 weeks) every Spring and Fall. Each project team consists of one E-Board Advisor, one to two Project Managers (PM), and four to six analysts. Throughout the partnership, clients can expect to meet with the CBA team on a weekly/bi-weekly basis depending on the client’s preference and the nature of the case. While this is the typical project structure, CBA is flexible and is happy to make accommodations to ensure an optimal partnership for clients.
