Coffee Chats

Info Session I

Coffee Chats are informal one-on-one conversations with a CBA member. Use Calendly to schedule a time and day that works for you and a member will be in touch with you! This is a great way to ask any questions, gain advice, or anything else you'd like share.

Information Sessions will include a presentation from the recruitment team about CBA, past projects, the NME process, club culture, and recruitment tips. Each session will end with a chance to network with current CBA members.

Rounds Begin

Round 0: Resume Drop

due by 8 PM

The Resume Drop is simple and takes less than 5 minutes to complete. This is the applicant's chance to share their professional experiences and any relevant background information.

Round 3: Round Robin

The social round allows applicants to show their interest in CBA in an informal fashion. During three quick one-on-one virtual meetings, applicants will have the chance to share their professional and non-professional interests.

The Group Case round of recruitment gives applicants the opportunity to show how they problem solve and work in a team setting. Can you think on your feet in timed situations? How do you fit in a team dynamic?

The final round of CBA recruitment is done Round Robin-style. This is where applicants can meet several CBA members and showcase all aspects of themselves, ranging from hobbies/what makes you tick to critical thinking skills.

Eligibility

Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors of all majors are welcome and encouraged to apply. Exchange students welcome!
